System Overview

Dayan Qigong (DYQG) has a comprehensive training system. It consists of tens sets of “static” and “mobilizing” exercises specializing  on health vitalizing, healing as well martial streams.

For “mobilizing” stream, the “Front and Rear 64” are the two  fundamental exercises. They focus on meridian channels regulating and internal Qi Cultivating.  As “static” gongs, the “5-element Zhang Gong” is the threshold gong. Although DYQG  stresses on  “static” and “mobilizing” training in parallel,  “mobilizing” practice is also go first, because it is much easier and safe for a beginner to start with.

Dayan Patting Gong

This is a small set in DYQG  “mobilizing” stream. It consists only 8 forms. Through the self patting along the 12 meridian channels , it effectively  alleviate joint pains, muscle paralysis as well as functional deficiency symptoms. It is very suitable for rehabilitation and is particularly useful to elderly with proven  results.

Front 64

This is the threshold exercise of DYQG. It ought to be practiced daily by the DYQG practitioners. It conduct internal qi flow systematically via the preset postures. It stimulate 36 major acupuncture points to regulate all the meridian channels and cultivate "Dan Qi". It helps to discharge "sick qi" inside the body and uphold the entire meridian system. As a result, it helps to restore  the bodily self regulating, inmune, disgusting functions. The exercise is suitable a all age ranges.
